    The following products cited in the last year by the commission have
faults that can be corrected in the manner noted. They should not be
used by children until corrected.
    Super Coupe Baby Walker, Models 8209 and 8210, Century Products, may
collapse. Repair kit provided to retailers and consumers.
    CO2 Pellet Pistols 78G and 79G, Smith & Wesson, may accidentally
discharge under certain conditions when dropped. Pistols may be
returned to manufacturer for free repair.
    CO2 Pellet Pistols 780 and 790, Daisy Manufacturing Co., may
accidentally discharge under certain conditions when dropped. Pistols
may be returned to manufacturer for free repair.
    Blue Box Combat Copter, Blue Box Toys, may fly backward into
operator's face instead of forward. Helicopter may be returned to
place of purchase for full refund.
    Empire Super Slide, Carolina Enterprises, spacing between rungs
presents potential for head entrapment. Free replacement ladders sent
upon request.
    NUK Toothbrush Trainer Set, Reliance Products, small rubber tip may
break off and present choking hazard. Refund or replacement with
redesigned tip.
    Five Squeeze Toys with Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck on handles,
Danara International, choking hazard. Toys may be returned to
retailer or manufacturer for refund.
    Happy Mates H702 Squeeze Toys with lions, cats, frogs or pigs on
handles, Electro Plastic Inc., choking hazard. Toys may be returned
to retailer or manufacturer for refund.
    Squeeze Me 7576 Toys with lions, dogs, cats or bow ties on handles,
Baby World Co., choking hazard. Toys may be returned to retailer or
manufacturer for refund.
    Thumper Squeeze Toys 383 with cats, dogs or pigs on handles,
Stahlwood Manufacturing, choking hazard. Toys may be returned to
retailer or manufacturer for refund.
    Splash and Stack Bluebird Toy 167, Fisher-Price Toys, suffocation
hazard presented by suction causing bluebird head to become stuck
over nose and mouth of small child. Bluebird heads may be returned to
manufacturer for free replacement head that will not fit snugly over
